Agreements related to real estate

We are experienced in matters of agreements related to real estate (agreements for sale of real estate, life estate agreements, tenancy agreements, lease agreements) with particular emphasis on tenancy agreements. We are experienced in representing both tenants and landlords in the process of negotiating leases in shopping malls.

Real estate law is a branch of law distinguished by the specific subject matter of real estate and deals with issues such as the regulation of the legal status of real estate, the transfer of ownership of real estate, the establishment of limited rights in rem on real estate, the protection of ownership rights or the protection of possession of real estate. Real estate law also deals with contracts related to real estate, such as lease, tenancy, sale of real estate, life estate and donations.

When dealing with real estate law cases, it is necessary to be familiar not only with the provisions of civil law, but also with a part of administrative law, including in particular the provisions of the Real Estate Management Act and the Geodetic  and Cartography Law.
