We have experience in matters related to confirmation of Polish citizenship.

Matters related to civil status records

We have experience in matters related to the transcription of foreign civil status records and to the completion or rectification of civil status records.

Other administrative matters

We represent clients in a number of proceedings before public administrative authorities concerning the application of substantive administrative law.

Substantive administrative law is one of the broadest areas of law; in short, it regulates the relationship between the citizen and the state. We are experienced in representing clients in a number of administrative proceedings before various public administrative authorities.

As part of our specialisation, we deal with legal issues of construction law and spatial development. Due to the fact that a large part of our clients are persons of Polish origin living permanently abroad, we have experience in the field of transcription of foreign civil status records and in matters related to confirmation of Polish citizenship.

Within the scope of administrative law cases, we have conducted a number of cases including, for example, cases concerning police officers conducted on the basis of the Police Act, and administrative cases concerning the occupation of a road.
