Paweł graduated from Koźmiński University (2012), and then completed his legal training at the Warsaw Bar Association (2016).
From 2012 to 2018 he was a lecturer at Koźmiński University (subjects: Criminal Proceedings, Criminal Law, Street Law, Pleadings in Criminal Proceedings, as well as being supervisor of the criminal law section of the Student Legal Clinic). Currently, he is a research assistant at the Department of Criminal Law of the Polish Academy of Sciences, where he works mainly on aspects of commercial criminal law, international commercial criminal law, e.g. issues related to the illicit trade of tobacco products (project: Controlling Illicit Trade of Tobacco in the Era of Fast Chang), organised commercial crime (project: Vertical and horizontal cooperation in combatting organised fraud in the EU — VeHoCoinCOF).
He has also authored publications on criminal law and criminal procedure.
Paweł has been involved in social activities since his junior high school days, which take the form of various projects, both in terms of outreach, legal education, as well as other matters involving charitable activities. Currently, he provides free legal advice, running “Street Law” classes, and assisting community organisations.
His interests include public transport, mainly railways, independent cinema, literature,
tennis and mountain biking.
He provides comprehensive legal services for businesses and ongoing corporate services for commercial law companies. He has participated in the processes of mergers and transformations of commercial law companies, including a cross-border merger. He has experience in the legal aspects of commercial leases, in particular lease agreements in large shopping centres, real estate law.
He also deals with inheritance matters, including inheritances commenced before the entry into force of the current Civil Code.
Andrzej graduated from Koźmiński University, where he defended his master's thesis on international private law, supervised by Prof. Maksymilian Pazdan. He also completed postgraduate studies in commercial company law at the University of Warsaw.
He completed his legal training at the Warsaw Bar Association, gaining his experience, in, inter alia, international law firms and in the Civil Law Team of the Office of the Ombudsman.
His interests include history, mountain hiking and swimming.
He has been advising clients since 2014, in particular regarding the criminal liability of entities and persons operating in business. He acts as defence counsel and attorney for injured parties in numerous complex criminal and criminal tax proceedings. He has participated in numerous proceedings involving corruption in the public sector, manipulation of financial instruments, money laundering, fraud, VAT extortion, and violation and use of business secrets and acts of unfair competition. He also participates in major criminal trials involving organised crime groups and drug trafficking.
He supports clients in minimising liability risks by implementing compliance programmes on anti-corruption regulations, codes of ethics, whistleblowing procedures and anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism (AML/CFT).
He is experienced in the preparing legal risk analyses and providing ongoing services to business entities from various sectore of the economy in the field of corporate and labour law. He also advises organisations on the protection of business secrets.
Marcin has also represented public figures in civil litigation in the field of protection of personal rights and press law.
He is a graduate from Koźmiński University in Warsaw, and also graduated from the Justus Liebieg University in Gießen (Germany), where he participated in a programme on international commercial law and company law.
He is currently a member of the Higher Disciplinary Court of the Bar. He is also a Delegate of the Warsaw Bar Association to the 13th National Congress of the Bar of Attorneys-at-law.
Marcin is one of the founders of the law blog “Punkt Karny”. He is the author of the commentary to the criminal provisions of the Payment Services Act edited by Marta Stanisławska.
His interests include politics and non-fiction, as well as sport, in particular basketball.
His practice covers issues related to contractual obligations arising from motor insurance, as well as intellectual property law, in particular trademark issues.
Paweł was a member of the team responsible for preparing and conducting court proceedings which were some of the largest bankruptcy proceedings in Poland to date. He has also worked in a leading Warsaw law firm in one of the largest criminal law departments in Poland.
He graduated from the Law Department at Kozminski University in Warsaw, and has also completed postgraduate studies in intellectual property law at the University of Warsaw, and labour law at Jagiellonian University. He completed his attorney-at-law training at the Warsaw Bar Association.
As a student, he assisted the Criminal Law section of the Student Law Clinic at Kozminski University, under the supervision of Paweł Dziekański (attorney-at-law). He gained his professional experience in Warsaw law firms.
His interests include cinema, theatre, running, and enjoying time with his family.
At DCA Law Firm, Piotr prepares drafts of pleadings, in particular related to criminal law, and analyses legal issues, case law and literature.
He is a fifth-year law student at Kozminski University in Warsaw.
In 2020-2022, he was President of the Kozminski Law Students Association, which included, organising academic seminars, study trips, conferences and speech competitions for students. He organised a "Law and politics" webinar with a lecture by the judge of the Court of Justice of the European Union, Prof. Marek Safjan. He also co-organised a study trip to Brussels, to familiarise students with the organisation and work of the European Parliament.

She specialises in criminal law, criminal tax law, civil law, forensic science, criminology and forensic psychology.
She is a third-year law student at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. After she completes her law studies, she intends to defend her master's thesis, and then pass the bar training entry exam.
